Becoming a Member
East Canyon Resort is a timeshare mountain paradise. All members have access to over 9,000 acres of private property and amenities, including around 65 miles of ATV trails, shooting and archery ranges, free trailer storage, pools and hot tubs, and more.
To become a member, you may either purchase directly from the resort, or purchase directly from an owning member. Members looking to sell often list memberships on sites such as KSL Classifieds and Facebook Marketplace.

What Memberships Can Include
Regular Condo Days
Memberships with condo days have regular Summer and Winter condo days each membership year. Winter days can only be used September 16 – May 14; Summer days may be used all year. Condo day reservations can be made up to 365 days in advance. Reservations using regular condo days may be used by a guest. Members with at least 7 days available may deposit time with RCI or Trading Places to exchange at other resorts.
RV Park Use
Memberships with RV use may have two advance RV Park reservations on the books at a time. Each reservation can be made up to 60 days in advance and for up to 7 consecutive days. Advance RV Park reservations must be occupied by the owning member. Guest RV reservations can be made up to 5 days in advance upon availability, are limited to 3 consecutive days, and owe a guest fee. Owning members must be present during guest RV Park reservations.
Facility Use
Members can use 9,000+ acres of private property even without a reservation, including 2 wilderness canyons for dry camping, storage areas, shooting and archery ranges, and about 65 miles of ATV and hiking trails. The developed area includes 32 condos, an 81-spot RV park with full hookups, two pools with hot tubs, indoor activities, and outdoor sports.
Member Activities
The resort offers special activities throughout the year, from holiday events to ongoing activities such as scavenger hunts and fishing contests. Members and their guests are welcome to participate.
