Finance

Oversight, recommendations, and guidance on East Canyon’s financial matters. The committee helps keep the resort financially healthy through sound fiscal management, strategic planning, transparent reporting to the Board, and helping educate owners on resort finances.

Rules

Works with management and the Board to streamline and clarify the resort’s rules and procedures. The goal is a clear, usable set of rules that reduces confusion, settles process questions, and lets the resort conduct business promptly.

Outdoor & Hunting

Stewards local wildlife and habitat, promotes sustainable hunting, supports conservation, and educates members on wildlife management. The committee also reviews hunting rules, regulations, and tag allocations and makes recommendations to the Board.

Facilities & Land Use

Guides thoughtful development of the property: current and future land-use needs, expansions or improvements, and a long-term plan for safe, well-maintained facilities. Work is guided by sustainability, stewardship, and fiscal prudence. This committee also helps organize member work days.

IT / Communications

Supports the resort’s technology needs by keeping information systems reliable, secure, and accessible, and by providing a stable tech environment for members and operations.
