Condo Rentals
East Canyon Resort offers non-member rentals of the condominiums. Guest rentals may be made 60 days in advance of check-in. There are 28 condos that accommodate up to eight guests and four condos that accommodate up to six guests. Condos are fully furnished with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Wheelchair accessible units are available with a third full bathroom on the main level. All condos are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Main Floor
Kitchen: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooking/serving ware
Living room: TV and DVD player, fireplace, Murphy bed
Bathroom: half bath; full bathroom available in some units for wheelchair accessibility
Second Floor
Primary room: king bed, full bathroom (shower), TV and DVD player
Hall bath: tub/shower
Guest room: two sets of bunk beds or one queen bed, dresser
Resort Policies
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Check-in age: 21 (government-issued ID required)
- Pet policy: only service animals are permitted
- Smoking policy: all rooms are non-smoking
- Advance deposit: full payment of room and tax
- Cancellation: free up to 72 hours prior to arrival; within 72 hours or no-show: cost of one night's stay (plus tax); early departures are non-refundable
- Minimum stay: three nights on holidays
- Security deposit: credit card imprint required
