The following Rules and Regulations are made for the safety and enjoyment of all Members, Owners and Visitors of East Canyon Resort (ECR). They are adopted by the Board of Directors as provided for in the Bylaws of ECR. ECR may enforce these Rules and Regulations by any or all of these methods: immediate fine, verbal warning, written warning, no action, or refer the matter to the Board of Directors for suspension or termination of Members' privileges.
1.1. Penalties
The penalty for violation of any Rule or Regulation shall be itemized in Appendix A, which is incorporated herein by reference. Penalties may be assessed for each violation, incident, or repetition of a violation. The continuance of a condition is a violation for each day the condition continues.
1.2. Number and Sex
Any reference to a person by sex shall be deemed a reference to both sexes. Any reference to one person shall be understood as applying to all persons of the same class.
1.3. Volunteer Staff
Resort Management may appoint Volunteer Staff from time to time who may be exempt from reservation and use restrictions during the course of their duties.
1.4. Liability
Anyone entering ECR property assumes the risk of loss, damage, injury or theft. ECR is not liable for any of the above.
