10.1. Guests
A Guest may use Resort facilities only when accompanied by the Inviting Member or when using Member's Time in the Condos. A Guest may only camp overnight in Druby or Bernice Canyon if the Inviting Member
is also camping overnight in the same campground. Member shall accompany the Guest in the Wilderness Area and through the gates of the Wilderness Area at all times. A Guest may stay overnight in the Developed Area of the Resort (including RV Park, Condos, tent area and FRA) only if the Inviting Member is also staying overnight in the Developed Area. Members may bring Guests with them to use the facilities. Regular time in the Condos may be rented or given away to anyone 21 years of age or older or a married couple.
10.2. Special Events Guest Fees
Use of amenities and facilities of the Resort may be assessed a fee as determined by the Board of Directors.
10.3. Same Day Reservation
A Member in Good Standing with RV Use may make a Same Day Reservation for a Guest to use an RV Park Site or a Tent Site for up to (3) nights. The Member must occupy an RV Park Site or a Condo while the Guest occupies an RV Park Site. An RV Guest Daily Fee, for each day of the Reservation, must be paid at the beginning of the occupancy. See Appendix B for fee.
10.4. Guest Use With Member
Members who have both Regular Time and RV Use may have Guests use one RV Park Site with a guest daily fee only while the Member is occupying a Condo during Regular Time.
10.5. Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for the actions of their Guests and are financially responsible for the Fees and Fines of their Guests. (See Rule 3.4)
10.6. Wilderness Guests
Using a Walk-Up Reservation, Members may have one (1) Wilderness Campsite or three (3) Guest tents. A Wilderness Guest Fee must be paid. See Appendix B for fee.
