12.1. Prohibited Areas
No pets of any kind are permitted in the Lodge, on the Lodge Deck, in the Event Center or on the Event Center deck and walkways, in the Store or on the walkway in front of the Store, in any pool or bathhouse, in any Condo, Condo parking or Condo back porch, except medically authorized service animals which have been declared as such at check-in. See Appendix A for penalty.
12.2. Permitted Areas and Restrictions
Pets are permitted in the RV Park and Wilderness Area only, and with the following restrictions:
12.2.1. Number
Only three (3) pets are allowed per RV Park Site or Wilderness Area campsite. See Appendix A for penalty. Trial change May 23, 2024. Fully Amended March 27, 2025.
12.2.2. Type
Only dogs and cats are permitted as pets with the exception of medically authorized service animals.
12.2.3. Confinement
The pet must be confined under the control of the Member or Visitor at all times. The pet must be on a leash of ten (10) feet or less while out of doors.
12.2.4. Clean-up
Members and Visitors must clean up after their pets. See Appendix A for penalty.
12.2.5. Behavior
Members and Visitors must not permit their pets to annoy others by barking or any aggressive behavior.
12.2.6. Playground
No pets are permitted in or around the Children's Playground.
