8.1. Family/Special Events
A Member in Good Standing may reserve an FRA. The limit on the number of RVs allowed in each FRA is as follows: FRA #1 and #2 - 2 RVs without hookups; Druby - 8 RVs without hookups; and Cottonwood Meadows - 3 RVs without hookups. See Schedule A for penalty.
8.2. Frequency
Reservations for FRAs may be made up to one (1) year prior to the date of the desired Reservation. RV
Members may also make an RV Reservation up to a year (365 days) in advance for the same period of time provided they have a FRA reservation. This RV reservation will not count against the members limit of two (2) RV reservations on the books at a time. If a FRA reservation is cancelled or changed, the RV Reservation will be cancelled and a new RV Reservation cannot be made until at least three (3) days has elapsed. Reservations may be made no more frequently than every other year per Membership Unit. After January 2nd any Member may make a FRA Reservation for the same calendar year regardless of when his last Reservation was made. Amended May 2024.
8.3. Fee
A FRA Fee will be charged for each Family Reunion Area reserved. The areas should be left free of litter and food waste. See Appendix B for FRA fee and maximum capacity. See Appendix A for penalty.
8.4. Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled up to twenty-one (21) days in advance of the check-in date without any penalty. If it's within the twenty-one (21) days a fine may be assessed for the cancellation. See Appendix A for penalty.
8.4.1. No Show
A No Show fine may be assessed if the FRA site goes unused any night reserved. See Appendix A for penalty.
8.5. Special Events
Social and Special Events are to be booked in the designated Special Events areas. Special events shall not be held in the FRA.
8.6. RV Power Use
Power outlets in the FRA are not to
be used by RV in the FRA at any time. See Appendix A for penalty.
