14.1. Disorderly Conduct
A person is considered disorderly who creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition; intends to cause or causes public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm; recklessly creates a risk by engaging in fighting, violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior; makes unreasonable noises and/or engages in abusive or obscene language/gestures which can be heard/seen on the Resort Property. See Appendix A for penalty.
14.2. Alcohol/Drug Policy
No intoxicated person is permitted on the Resort Property except inside a Condo, RV or Tent. Use of illegal drugs is not permitted anywhere on the Resort. ECR may authorize law enforcement agencies to search any area of the Resort, including Condos. Members and Visitors have no expectation of privacy from search and seizure. See Appendix A for penalty.
