16.1. Time Frame
Any appeal or contest of a Penalty must be served to the Board of Directors directly or by Certified Mail within ten (10) days of receipt of citation. A hearing by no less than three (3) Members of the Board of Directors appointed by the Chairman for this purpose shall be held regarding the citation within forty (40) days from the date of the Appeal or Contest.
16.2. Service of Appeal
Any Appeal or Contest to these Rules and Regulations must be served to the Board of Directors directly, by email, or by Certified Mail.
16.3. Final
Decisions of the Board of Directors in such appeals are final.
